New corporate website for the market leader in mobile large-format advertising


Since mid-2018, CRENEO has guided Wesselmann Werbung GmbH in its transformation to a contemporary, state-of-the-art, progressive company.


After fine-tuning and establishing the primary brand values, the brand design was completely redesigned. This began with the visual core of the company: the brand logo. The formal result was first presented in the Wesselmann Manager app through the implementation of new visual guidelines.


At the same time, we created the first conceptual sketches for the development of the Wesselmann company website, which were elaborated further over the course of the following months. Website architecture, target group appeal, and user experience played a key role in this. Through striking illustrations, communicative and animated SVG graphics, and powerful and meaningful imagery developed especially for the customer, we established a valuable online presence for Wesselmann Werbung. Short, concise, and stimulating texts rounded out the successful redesign process.


The user experience, under the premise of “Mobile First”, and the resulting high-performance of the web app remained the focus of each developmental step of the conceptual work.



Wesselmann Werbung is Germany’s market leader in the area of election advertising and has counted all major, established German political parties among its customers for decades.
