Holistic Approach — Simply Explained.


In Germany, Generali is the second largest primary insurance group on the German market and part of the international Generali Group, an important player in the global insurance industry. The German part of Generali includes Generali Versicherungen, AachenMünchener, CosmosDirekt, Central Krankenversicherung, ADVOCARD Rechtsschutzversicherung, Deutsche Bausparkasse Badenia, and Dialog. Generali Versicherungen is among Germany’s largest primary insurers.



Generali AGIL – the holistic approach of Generali for process optimization, controlling, and development. Whether dealing with a work organization, controlling workloads, or long-term or short-term capacity planning: with AGIL, the holistic “information lever”, you reliably manage your desired business improvements.


For this, CRENEO conceptualized and designed a brochure, which explains the advantages of each approach model in a simple manner.


The guiding principle developed by CRENEO is the sailing world. It was displayed in an extremely simplified manner to purposely simplify the complexity of the AGIL approach models and to create easier access to the content.


Each one of the main topics, such as process problems or complexity management, is introduced with a striking image. In contrast to this, there is an objective summary of the specific approach models/kits with the corresponding graphics/diagrams. There is a list of questions and the corresponding solutions in form of logbook entries.


The communication solution is rounded off by a tackle box, which contains the brochure and a piece of sailing rope together with knot instructions. With this, the employees can shut off occasionally and regular sensitization to the AGIL topic is promoted at the same time.


The result is a concise and stringent communication concept, which simply and boldly explains the holistic AGIL approach and provides assistance within the company during process optimization, controlling, and development.
