Digital presence: AWO WohnBau’s new corporate website
With the relaunch of its corporate website, AWO WohnBau is setting an example for digital development and modern brand communication. In collaboration with CRENEO, a website was created that is both functional and emotionally convincing – approachable, informative and clearly structured.
Clear digital presence for social housing
The website is aimed specifically at interested parties, partners and tenants and brings the AWO WohnBau brand to life online. At the same time, great importance was attached to a clear brand attitude: social, sustainable and future-oriented. The new website not only reflects the content profile of the brand, but also offers a central platform for further digital development.
Design language with architectural origins
The design of the website is based on the design principles of the AWO Middle Rhine World, for example in terms of color and tonality. At the same time, an independent visual identity was developed for AWO WohnBau – based on basic architectural forms. Round corners, linear structures and modular surfaces take design cues from typical elements of residential construction. This reference to real architecture flows into the digital design and creates a visual language that is both clear and appealing. The result is a successful balancing act between recognizability in the AWO cosmos and the independent, visual presence of AWO WohnBau.
Clear structure, strong basis
The new website has been designed to be responsive and modular. Content relating to projects, housing offers and commitment is now clearly presented and can be easily expanded in the future. As a digital component within the AWO Mittelrhein network, the website contributes to the professional brand perception – independent but integrated.
